To transport your units drawn with solid entities to ADeko Kitchen follow the steps below:

<ol type="1">
<li>Export your model as .3DS file than import, from within AutoCAD. This step converts 3D solids into polyface meshes. (This may be done via PEEL command from within ADeko Kitchen, if you have solid modelling module)</li>
<li>Save your drawing as 2000 format.</li>
<li>Open your file in AKitchen</li>
<li>Use <b>AUTOEDGE</b> (<b>AE</b>) command to change visibility of edges</li>
<li>Scale your model to cm</li>
<li>Delete door entity of your model, and add a door using KC command. This will make door model to change automatically each time you change your kitchen/door model.</li>
<li>Move your model such that, lower-left-back corner will be on origin (0,0,0).</li>
<li>PURGE unneseccesary layers, blocks, etc.</li>
<li>SAVE your model to your firm specific folder (default: XMutfak or XKitchen). This folder contains all firm specific files (.def, .bmp, .dwg, .fyt etc.). You can switch between different folders (unit libraries) using <b>UNITLIB</b> command</li>
<li>Enter units window (command MODUL)</li>
<li>Push Tanimla (Define) button</li>
<li>Select XX type from Tip list and fill the table and press Ekle (Add) button</li>
</ol id="1">

Note: You can always call english commands putting an underscore at the beginning. (eg: _PURGE)

Is it possible to make a film showing this procedure?
Some of the procedures I have not used and would like to watch an expert perform each step. I have a link to one of my standard cabinets that it could be performed on here: www.thekitchenfactory.com.au/BD400.dwg
I've already saved the drawing in AC2000 standard.
The block has several layers, the main one being carcase, I've left all my components in the cabinet, hinges, screws etc. you would need to delete these once the block is exploded.

The main areas I'm getting stuck are:
Moving the model lower left back corner to 0,0,0. The _move command seems not to work like it does in Autocad. The pointer seems to disappear when trying to grab the correct poit.

An exaple of PURGE and what it is used for/ why it is necessary would be great. I've never needed to use it before.

Also the last few steps where you add the new module to the library, this procedure would be great.

If you can't make a film, could the steps above that you have posted be a little more detailed? This may help also.
